The Hydraulic Fitting Up Welding Rotator to the use of the friction between the weldment and the active roller to drive the circular weldment to rotate to complete the welding of the annular weld. The welding speed can be adjusted by the rotation speed of the active roller on the roller frame. The rollers should always be kept on the same axis, so that the workpiece is not easily deformed and slipped when it is rotated. There are three types of Adjustable Welding Turning Rotator racks: manual screw adjustment, manual bolt shift and electric skateboard shift. By adjusting the distance of the rollers, it is suitable for different diameter cylinders.
2. Adjustable center distance: normally lead screw adjusting for loading less than 2T; bolts step adjusting for loading than 5T.
3. Speed is variable frequency stepless speed regulation.
4. Extension design according to clients' requirements to make different kinds of transformation type such as walking type, lead screw adjustment type, lift type and inclined type, etc.
